El día 03 de marzo del 2023, se aprobó mediante Resolución Ejecutiva Regional N°D148-2023-GR.CAJ/GR el Plan Anual de Evaluación y Fiscalización Ambiental - PLANEFA 2024, del Gobierno Regional de Cajamarca.
